After 35 years living in Bloomington I call Aim to Please for all my plumbing needs. They are prompt, skillful, neat, conscientious, and always thoughtful. Today Alan came out and saved my sanity by replacing a fan in my tankless hot water heater that was squealing like a banshee. To get at the old fan he had to effectively take apart the heater, but he did it skillfully and cheerfully and had us back in business in no time. What a privilege to be cared for by the founder of this family-run business; now I know at least one source of the values that are reflected in all of their work.

We recently moved into our new home, and found that the washing machine’s cold water valve was leaking heavily. While it likely would not have caused an issue with the hose connected to the washing machine, we wanted to ensure we’re taking care of the house. We also had a gas line that needed capped from a gas dryer. Did a quick search of local plumbers, and came across this company, and could not be happier! They were incredibly responsive, and reasonably priced! Jalan and Matthias the responded to to the call. they were on time, professional, and very fast! We have since found another plumbing issue, and just called to schedule another appointment for their service.

I’ve had Aim to Please do several jobs over the years and have been pleased with the quality of their work. I’ve had new outside faucets installed, a recirculating pump installed, a new kitchen faucet and just this past week a new water heater was installed. Each and every time they’ve been courteous, professional and have made me comfortable having them in my home. Jalan and Dakota did a great job last week installing my water heater. We’ve used Aim to Please for a few projects over the years since we moved in and somehow I haven’t left a review yet! Changing that today! I highly recommend them for both plumbing and electrical work, I’ve only ever been impressed and can’t see myself using another company here in Bloomington. I got the house as-is and it had been the victim of a few DIY projects, but Aim to Please has never been daunted. They’ve rescued everything from “interesting” hose outlets to unstable and poorly grounded ceiling fans. Alan and Dakota have taken care of the last few jobs and they’ve both been incredible to work with; they’re fast, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, always go the extra mile and walk me through as much of the work as I ask about. Service has always been on time, reliable, and affordable. Six stars if I could!

Alan and Dakota came to my home today and helped me with many things. In under two hours, they 1) cleared two slow drains; 2) fixed a non responsive electrical outlet; 3) fixed my exterior lighting; 4) replaced an old exterior outlet that had lost its cover; 5) replaced a light bulb in a vaulted ceiling; 6) checked out a light switch to ensure that it was functioning.
